Sewia Mining welcomes individual traders, mining companies, and businesses in the gold value chain to open a Refinery Account with us.
Whether you're refining dore bars, scrap, or raw gold, our refinery services ensure transparency, precision, and prompt settlements.
WHAT YOU NEED
To open your account, please have the following ready:
Valid National ID or Passport (for individuals),
Business Registration Documents (for companies),
Proof of Address (Utility bill or digital address),
Tax Identification Number (TIN)
Source of Gold Declaration (KYC compliance)
PROCESS
How it Works
1. Submit Your Details – Fill out the account opening request form.
2. Account Team Validation - Account team wlil reach out and schedule a meeting to explain and start your onboarding.
3. Verification & KYC – Our compliance team will verify your documents.
4. Account Activation – Once approved, you'll receive your unique refinery account identifier
5. Request, Deliver Gold for Refining – Bring or send your gold for assay and refining.
6. Vault or Export – Choose to receive refined gold, store it, or sell at market value.
